This place is awesome! We went for lunch after visiting Shore-Styers Mill Nature park, just 8 minutes down the road, and I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious and authentic with both “Mexican-American” and more traditional Mexican options. I like that the menu includes images so even if you aren't familiar with the dish you know what you’re getting. From the fresh salsa to the homemade hot sauces and the entrees themselves, You could tell the food was made with love and pride, with big portions, plenty for leftovers. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to come back!

Awesome food! Everything tasted fresh and not too salty or greasy. Gordita shells tasted fresh and delicious. Worth a 30 minute drive from Winston-Salem. Street tacos were great too! The red and green salsas were nice additions so be sure to try them! We will be back.

This was our second time here in 2 weeks and we were blown away! Coming from a Mexican family, it's hard to find places that aren't tex-mex. Thankfully, Rancherito is authentic and our new favorite restaurant!! The servers are so sweet too!!

An absolute gem in the middle of nowhere. Food was amazing. Sure it's a bit more expensive than your average Mexican restaurant, but this place is well above the average Mexican restaurant. This is the best Hispanic food I've had in North Carolina, possibly in all of my travels. Thanks to the owners for bringing a piece of your word into ours for everyone to enjoy!

We got a another mexican restaurant and two mexican food trucks in town and this place is the best to eat it's a smaller establishment but it's very good. This is the second time that I visited since the last review I left my original post I deliberately gave them four stars so that I can give him a better score this time If I had the capability to keep generating random emails for the sake to review these guys over and over for five stars every time I would. There are like five places to get Mexican food in yadkinville. And like a million in mocksville, which is like the next closest spot. Then, you got clemmons, which is kind of meh. Anyway, it is small, but the food is the absolute best. I'm a veteran I've been all over the world I've had Mexican everywhere this is probably my favorite here. There's always new specials, and apparently I found out they're doing taco Tuesdays. 1.60 a Taco... For an actual taco. Not a Taco Bell taco. There are two food trucks in town, both are not consistently there and they're more expensive than this place. Location and advertising this place needs. Plus they actually seem like they care. I've been here locally like 5 years, and the servers at these places usually.....anyway birra ramen..tres leches.. So here's what you do, you send your husband, say go there send you a picture of the specials order the takeout, sit at the bar, have a non-alcoholic beverage of course, because he has to drive go home and sit at the table with your family that's probably what you want to do anyway. Or go to Taco Tuesday! Like seriously when's the last time you had a $1.60 taco?!
